Cancellation Policy
  • If canceled up to 2 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If canceled after this period or in case of no-show, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged.
Attention
  • Any payment should only be made / charged at the time of Check-In at the hotel.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Debit or Credit Cards (Visa Electron, Visa Credit Card, Eurocard / Mastercard, Dinners Club, Maestro, JCB and Discover).
  • Breakfast is included in all of our room rates unless especifically mentioned otherwise.
  • Since March 1st, 2018, the Municipal Tourist Tax came into effect and so the amount of 2€ will be charged per each person (over 13 years old) per night, up to a limit of 7 nights per stay.
  • All unpaid bookings will be garanteed and remain confirmed until 19:00h on the day of Check-In. After that time, we will not be held responsible for the availability.
